What gold do you use?

We craft exclusively in solid 14K and 18K gold—never plated, never filled, never hollow. This means your piece contains 58.5% (14K) or 75% (18K) pure gold alloyed with metals for durability. You will feel the difference immediately: substantial weight, warm luster, and the ability to wear daily without fear of wearing through.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

Yes. Every diamond we set is conflict-free and sourced from suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process and beyond. We prioritize working with recycled diamonds and mines with verified fair labor practices. Certificates of authenticity accompany all diamond pieces over 0.25 carats.

What about gemstones?

Our birthstones and colored gems are natural (never synthetic unless explicitly labeled) and sourced for color consistency and clarity. We work directly with cutters to ensure ethical mining practices and fair wages.

How long will my order take?

Because each piece is made to order, please allow 7–10 business days for crafting before shipping. Personalized or engraved items may require an additional 2–3 days. You will receive tracking information the moment your piece leaves our atelier.

Can I customize my piece?

Absolutely. Most necklaces allow chain length selection (16", 18", 20"). Name and bar necklaces offer font choices and engraving options. Birthstone pieces let you select setting style and metal color. For bespoke designs not shown on our site, contact us to discuss custom commissions.

Can I see a preview of my personalization?

Yes. Our customization tool provides a live preview for name necklaces, bar necklaces, and letter pieces. For complex bespoke requests, we provide digital renderings for approval before crafting begins.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Domestic orders (US) arrive via insured FedEx or UPS. International orders ship DHL Express with full tracking and customs handling.

What is your warranty?

Every Ellegra piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers clasps, settings, and structural integrity. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unengraved pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to original payment method. Personalized or engraved items are final sale unless defective. Sale items over 30% off are final sale.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos. We will replace or repair at no cost, including expedited shipping. We self-insure all shipments, so you are never at risk for transit damage.
