Every Ellegra piece is made to order in our atelier, then packed by hand and sent with full insurance and tracking. We treat the journey from our bench to your hands with the same precision we apply to the jewelry itself. No dropshipping. No anonymous warehouses. Just your piece, protected at every mile.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: FedEx or UPS
  • Cost: Complimentary on orders over $150. $12 flat rate under $150
  • Timeline: 2–3 business days after crafting completion (7–10 days total from order)
  • Insurance: Full value coverage included
  • Signature: Required on orders over $500

Expedited Shipping

  • Carrier: FedEx 2Day or Overnight
  • Cost: $25 (2Day) | $40 (Overnight)
  • Timeline: 2 business days or next day after crafting completion
  • Availability: Contact us immediately after ordering to upgrade—expedited shipping applies only to transit time, not crafting time

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS Priority Mail when FedEx/UPS cannot deliver. APO/FPO addresses welcome—allow additional 3–5 business days for military routing.

International Shipping

  • Cost: $60–$120 depending on destination
  • Timeline: 3–5 business days after crafting completion
  • Availability: Select at checkout or contact us to upgrade existing orders within 24 hours

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees levied by your country. These charges are:
  • Not included in Ellegra pricing or shipping costs
  • Collected by DHL or your local customs authority upon delivery
  • The responsibility of the recipient
We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or declare lower values to avoid duties—this violates international trade law and voids our insurance coverage.

Crafting & Processing Times

Made to Order

Every piece is handcrafted upon order. Please allow:
  • Standard pieces: 7–10 business days
  • Personalized/engraved pieces: 9–12 business days
  • Bespoke commissions: 3–4 weeks (timeline provided upon approval)

Rush Requests

Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering. We occasionally accommodate rush crafting for events with confirmed dates (weddings, anniversaries, proposals). Rush fees apply based on complexity.

Order Status

Track your order anytime:
  • Crafting phase: Email updates at order confirmation and when crafting begins
  • Shipped: Tracking number sent via email and SMS (if opted in)
  • Delivery: Signature confirmation uploaded to tracking portal

Every order arrives in our signature presentation packaging:

Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and recyclable:

Delivery Details

Address Requirements

Provide complete, accurate addresses including:
  • Full recipient name (as on ID for signature)
  • Apartment, suite, or floor numbers
  • Correct postal/ZIP codes
  • Local phone number for carrier contact (international orders)
We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of ordering.

Missed Deliveries

  • Domestic: FedEx/UPS will attempt 3 deliveries, then hold 5 days at facility before returning to us
  • International: DHL typically attempts 2 deliveries; holding period varies by country
Returned packages due to missed delivery or incorrect address will incur a $25 reshipping fee (domestic) or full reshipping cost (international).

Lost or Stolen Packages

All shipments are insured. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package:
  1. Check with neighbors, building management, and alternate entrances
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Email us within 48 hours if unresolved—we will initiate a claim and replacement

Special Circumstances

Weather Delays

Severe weather may delay transit. We monitor forecasts and will proactively contact you if your region is affected.

Holiday Periods

Order early for guaranteed holiday delivery:
  • US Mother's Day: Order by April 25
  • US Valentine's Day: Order by January 30
  • December Holidays: Order by December 10 (international) or December 15 (domestic)

High-Value Orders

Orders over $2,500 ship with enhanced security:
  • Discreet outer packaging (no jewelry branding)
  • Adult signature mandatory
  • Delivery appointment scheduling (optional)
